Given a blank canvas in the form of any empty retail space, we were brought in to concept and style all merchandising for Montauk Yacht Club’s summer retail experience. The project centered around the hotel’s on-site shop and included a wellness island installation in the center of the space — anchored by local stone, driftwood, and native grasses sourced from the property grounds. Nestled in the heart of Montauk, the location called for a retail moment that felt organic and elevated while still remaining playful and easy going.
